Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Management Coaching of Wyoming, LLC ("Company") collects through each website listed under Websites Covered below (each, and together, the "Site"), how that information is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Throughout this policy, "I," "me," and "my" refer to Anthony S. Jackson, acting for the Company. I am the only person with access to the information described here, and I never sell or rent it to anyone. This policy works alongside my Terms of Service.

Information You Give Me

  • Contact details: your name, your email address, and, where a form asks for it, your phone number.
  • Orders: your shipping address and what you ordered. Your card details go directly to Stripe; I never see or store your full card number.
  • Applications: your answers on a TeamOS™ cohort application or a Structural Bearing™ Diagnostic application.
  • Surveys: answers you give to an optional survey.
  • Diagnostic and cohort material: what you share with me for a Structural Bearing™ Diagnostic or in a cohort session.
  • Messages: emails you send me, including replies to my emails.
  • Community posts: what you post in the LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle members area or another community I run.
  • Inner Circle AI: the questions you ask it.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically, through cookies and similar tools:

  • GoHighLevel, the platform the Site runs on, sets a cookie that connects your visits to your contact record once you have given me your email address.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views without using cookies. Cloudflare also runs security checks that block automated traffic.
  • Advertising tools from Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and Google record visits and actions, such as a purchase, so I can measure my advertising and show it to people likely to find it useful. Those companies handle that information under their own privacy policies.
  • ProveSource shows notices of recent book purchases, described next.

Recent Purchase Notices

Pages on the Site show short notices of recent book orders, such as "Sam K. from Denver just ordered Quiet Confidence." If you order a book, your first name, last initial, and city can appear in one of these notices. Nothing else about you or your order is shown. TeamOS™ and Structural Bearing™ Diagnostic purchases never appear in these notices. If you would rather not appear, email me and I will leave you out.

How I Use Your Information

  • To deliver what you asked for: ship an order, process a payment, review an application, run a cohort or a Diagnostic, and give you access to the members area and the Inner Circle AI.
  • To communicate with you: reply to you, send what you signed up for, including my daily email and the newsletter, and tell you about new products, offers, and changes to this policy. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve my work: I use survey answers in aggregate, with no names and no identifying detail attached, as described in my Terms of Service.
  • To measure and improve my advertising, through the tools described above.
  • To meet my legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Text Messages

If you give me your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, I may text you about your order, application, or session, and about my products and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of a purchase.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who I Share It With

Only the services that help me run the business, and only what each one needs:

  • GoHighLevel: my contact database, email, forms, and text messaging.
  • Stripe: payment processing. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Greenlamp: prints and mails the books and the printed newsletter, so it receives your name and shipping address. TeamOS™ orders I ship myself.
  • The postal service and other carriers: to deliver what you ordered.
  • Mighty Networks: hosts the LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle members area and community.
  • Anthropic and Voyage AI: process the questions you ask the Inner Circle AI in order to answer them. Cloudflare hosts the Inner Circle AI.
  • Cloudflare: site security and analytics.
  • Meta, LinkedIn, and Google: advertising measurement, as described above.

I also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your Choices

  • Unsubscribe from my emails at any time, using the link in any email.
  • Reply STOP to any text message.
  • Ask to be left out of recent purchase notices.
  • Ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. I keep the purchase records that tax and accounting law requires, even after a deletion request.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them.
  • Limit ad personalization through your Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ad settings.

Security

Every page on the Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card details go directly to Stripe. I am the only person with access to your information.

How Long I Keep It

I keep your information for as long as I need it to serve you, or until you ask me to delete it. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Children

The Site is written for working professionals and is not directed to children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given me information, email me and I will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

I may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
